Truck looks like a good one after you fix the roof and A-pillar. Upper part of cab is the same as pickups and std cab, the dash and inner door parts are also the same. I used a F-8 reg cab truck roof for the splice sections to do my chopped 49 COE. I chopped mine 4 inches and kept the A and B pillar angles all stock which necessitated the splice pieces both width and length.

The battery box is going to be hard to find. It looks like you have a passenger side running board in the pics? If it has rust, just fix what you have, that is another part hard to find. If you make the truck low enough you do not need the running boards, I cut off the rear 2.5 inches off my fenders where the running boards would have mounted and do not have running boards on mine.
