93 f-150 auto tranny problems

hay guys i have a 93 f-150 5.0 ho eod tranny, Problem: i am having a hard time getting the truck to move, it bearly gets out of first gear someone help please

Any codes?

Does RPM go up and truck not move(trans slipping)?

i have no clue about codes, but yes rpms go up and hardly any movement
