You still have green grass and leaves on the trees?

It is a shame the seats are gone

2nd Gen wheels... 2000 to be specific, they changed a thing or two after 2002 if i remember correctly. I normally do not go for red vehicles either but this one just said take me. So i did ... only thing i am not sure of is what valve body was used/shift kit for the E4OD. I can sputter tires in EVERY gear if i floor it off the line. Not just a little but in the rain i cant drive it half the time...

Yes it is green, always! FL

Agreed on the seats. But i dont complain. These are a bit mroe comfortable in my opinion and people are always complementing on them.

To give you guys the idea of the shift and power i just raced a Lexus IS 350 2011, i beat it off the line and held a good car length till 60mph than he caught up and i stayed neck and neck pulling forward with every shift as it pushed the nose that much further up!

Not bad for just bolt ons and a tranny rebuild lol

still has 95mph speed limiter, so you know it isnt properly tuned, just has a 10 degree advance

That's the kind of toy everyone needs. Nice truck Rock. Guess I'll consider myself a purist. I too prefer the original seats, wheels, and headliner.

At some point i am going to buy an original set of rims and use them for drag and the SVT ones for shows I think, gives it a modern look and aspect to it like "what the hell is that?"

I need a headliner but least of my worries. Am going to Fat-Mat/Dyno-Mat, which ever i end up with first than will go on from there. Plan on building a custom center console for a sup, buttons, cup holders, etc. Will be very interesting and a center piece for this truck. So that is the biggest interior thing i am drawing up right now.

As for seats. I do like the seats and the fact that they say lightning, but I get way more compliments on the seats and sound than anything else haha. IDK. they are growing on me.

Does anyone have a link to a T56 mount up for the 351W? other than the stroke that will be done when the motor is pulled and being rebuilt. Thanks

Nice truck. I thought it looked familiar. Cant remember his username right now but Im pretty sure he was on here and NLOC.

For the shifting I'm pretty sure he had a Punisher valve body.

You defiantly need a bigger air filter.
As for wheels for the track, you want 15" not the original 17"

He was, not sure his username either. I dont like NLOC to much as they just throw stuff out there and its nice to hear them but i like direct answers like i get on here. I respect and PM a few guys for information as they know what they are talking about, but most of them have little to no idea and just go off what they hear not what they know.

First mods are going to be long tubes and that leaf spring trick and stiffer rear shocks. to get things going in the traction department and less wheel hop

...I agree with both of these , for the track you wan't 15s on light wheels , something like 315-60-15 drag radials or et slicks.....

Kinda like here. They dont have a CLUE what they are talking about, they are just repeating what they have heard, because the INTERNET is GOSPEL

I agree with both of you. Not sure what brand filter i am going with yet. Was thinking K&N.. unless you all have any other suggestions, NEEDS TO BE HIGH FLOWING!!!

Now as for rims, i am really not sure yet, i might just pick up a set of 15" for the rear and slap them on when i go to the drag.

What you all think about a bed cover? debating on putting one on but i am not sure yet.
