Yea, but we can't all be champions. It's a good change for me from no exercise other than work. Never know, maybe I'll end up back in the weight room as well.

Quiet Saturday night on campus? I always felt like the rain made people calmer. DD's, inside, dreary so you feel tired.

 

So far so good Dave. Then again we are having a popular event going on right now. Alot of teh students are involved with relay for life and that is going on tonight.

 

I've actually started attempting to exercise/work out some. Nothing much, just curls, situps, etc. It's pathetic

 

I ride bicycles for my excercise.

 

I do too, Shaun, but I need a little upper body strength.

 

Upper body strength I dont worry to much about since I lift alot of stuff that keeps it where I want it. I need more of a cardio workout as per my doctor.
