Anything left to try?

I am at the end of my knowledge, looking for help. I have a 2006 with 121K that has some stiction or injector issues. I have both the scan gauge and the AE program and neither pulls up any codes, either stored or active. The truck runs like a top when warm, 125 degrees and up, but when cold it has some issues. FICM is perfect, came from Ed already. Oil is 5-40 T6 and filters are all new and OEM (fuel included and FP62 psi) If I use REV-x or Archoil I have much better cold operation, but thats just a bandaid. Upon cold soak start no smoke of any color and while operating no smoke either, runs clean all the time. Starts right up and idles perfectly, just feel the slight miss for a few minutes and can "hear" what sounds like a heavy injector. My propblem is with no codes and no test failures what is my next step? I have run contribution test and no variance in the lines, injector buzz test sounds good. At over $200 per pop I just dont want to start replacing all the injectors. For all the dealership techs, is there something with your software that can pinpoint the bad injector? I dont mind paying for the diag and work if it will provide information that will cure my problem. I know something seems to be on its way out, just feel something different in engine performance. Thanks

Have you checked FICM voltage on a cold soak?

Yep, FICM voltage is 48 during crank and after starting cold soak. It just returned form ed at FICM repair and when I installed it I verified that it was at the correct voltage.

Nope, not making oil, I keep it dead in the middle of the min/max for that purpose, to be able to tell. No coolant puking, all temps run normal per scan gauge. That is what stumps me, I can feel it but cant get anything to find it. I know if I go to 15/40 it is so much more pronounced, but still cant make a positive id on the culprit injector. I run ford fuel treatment each tank full but doesnt seem to make a difference either way if I stop that. I am baffled. Its one of those things that you can just tell it is not right.

I run 20W-50 Royal Purple synthetic motor oil year around. I also put 2 cans of Seafoam in the oil when I change it and run it for 12,000 to 14,000 miles between changes. About 100 miles before I change the oil, I put in a can of Seafoam. Have 105K on the clock and have never had an injector or turbo issue.

Cetane booster is great, i use every 6 months for about three fill ups and my injectors are perfect at 134k. Only injector to be replaced was the #5 at 45k i believe

Find yourself a GOOD tech that knows what he's doing with IDS and they should be able to find the offensive member. There are things IDS can do that AE can't.

...... like run a cylinder balance/contribution check during cold engine startup, with weak cylinder compensation strategy disabled, to pinpoint the faulty/weak cylinders.
