Got me a 2012 5.0

bleedford:I just wired them as flashers.
Pool Runner: I will let everyone know how the truck performs after I install the tuner and intake. Im not worried about the tranny holding up with the tuner. I know it will work just fine. I have used SCT on my 2004 and 2005 trucks with no problems at all. After driving my 2009 for over 90k miles without a single problem with the 6 speed I trust it enough to add a programmer to my 2012.
Tylus: Thank you. HIDs arent for everyone. Were I live they come in handy. I can spot a deer a lot futher away than I could with the factory lights. I drive a lot of very dark backroads.
Its all about personal preference, making it unique and your own. Just like the next picture im about to post

my interior leds came in the mail friday, istalled them on the weekend. love the ultra blue lights. they throw off more light then i though they would. i am thinking it is a blessing in diguise that i ordered the regular cab kit. this way i the two side lights in the back seat are still clear. they only come on when turned on so it doesnt take away from the effect when the door is open. the only problem i do have is the rear light seems loose in the fixture. to the point where sometimes it doent turn on. would i be able to add a little solder(sp) to the bases to beef them up?

As for the oil thing - I have done 1,200 miles on mine and it shows 92% left for oil... I think it's 15,000 miles before an oil change. It's also tuxedo black, I really love my 2012 with 5.0 V8 and have no issues. It's a Supercrew with 4x4 and I've heard of people complaining that Ford put on cheap tires.. I have Michelin on mine, I thought they made good tires?

It's a 10,000 mile oil change. I just did mine last week. And the factory goodyears are crap. Ive already had one blowout and just about worn down the other 3. My brother already had to replace 2 on his truck.

So I'm lucky to have Michelins? I don't know why the dealership put Michelins on mine but they seem to be pretty good. I know I would not want Perelli or Goodyear.

LOL this sounds all too familiar! Just remember it is ALWAYS easier to ask for forgiveness than permission!!!
