Oil pressure gauge

Hello again everybody in Ford land ! I want to hook up an mechanical oil pressure guage along with the sender on a tee,my question is would the sender still have a good ground using a brass tee?Thanx

Mine did. (No tee but brass fitting)

It should work just fine. I've done it on my 93 Flareside.

Just one thing.......... You should put a bit of teflon tape on the thread connections but you have to leave it open enough for metal to metal contact. The sender has to have actual metal to metal contact with the block. If you use too much tape you can accidentally insulate it and the gauge not read.

x2 on what MEDF150 said. On stuff like that, I usually put enough to cover the last couple threads on it so it's sealed at the end but still makes connection on the threads further up.
