Advice, Reveiws or Info: Glow Shift Add-On Cup Holder

I have had my 99 SD for a bit over a year now and am tired of not having any useful cup holders. Was searching on the web today and stumbled onto these being offered on eBay from some company called Glowshift. They also sell through amazon but have VERY FEW useful reviews.

While the pic looks pretty cool - the lack of feedback or customer reviews makes me concerned. I was wondering if anyone has one of these, has tried it and hates it or can speak to whether or not it is any good before I spend the $65. If you love it - then even better.

Ready to click Buy It Now but need some encouragement to push me over the edge.

Thanks!

I wouldn't mind hearing an answer to this as well. I've thought about picking one of these up on more than one occasion.

that thing looks ugly and bulky

I love my dash holders. I suggest you grab a set of 06-07 holders and use those instead if able. I don't bother using my cup-ejector armrest for anything other than my phone/wallet

Will the 06-07 fit right in to my 99 dash? I thought they changed after 04...

I'm not even a huge fan of the 06-07 in dash drink holders. I use the console holders, much more secure.

Exactly - or worse, when I go to pickup breakfast with the huge coffe cups. I think this big bulky thing will be perfect for me - just want some feedback to see if it is a quality add on.

Not too bad and thanks for the update.
Would the cup holder stay in place if the seat coushion wasn't there? I removed mine in search of more usable space. No body sits there anyway.
I could always make a bracket to support underneath.

No, it requires the fold down as it actually attaches to it
