Hey guys, I got nabbed in Castle Rock a couple weeks ago. Was kind of wondering what the victim assist fee for $42 bucks was really for? I assume it's just a extra jab for being out of state. Enlighten me please?
Mind you I never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never speed in the state of CO, ESPECIALLY through Castle Rock
The Victim's Assist Fee is a fee assessed to any ticket (I think) and that money is used to help victims of the state. This could be domestic violence victims or some other sort of circumstance.
That's about all I know about it.
