The whole pulse flow thing is just a marketing gimmick guys, nothing more. In identical setups you generally will see faster spool from a twin scroll turbo vs open, not having anything to do with dividing the banks or pulsing, but because of increased velocity/volute design.

I think the difference between the 3 kits is fairly negligible, giving an advantage to the banks kit for the completedness and current support, and performance/simplicity/updatability of the ATS setup (IE: the kit I made for racin')

In addition, while ATS doesn't support the 093 anymore, Russ bought all of the NOS, and has pretty much everything to fix/replace/or build new charger kits.
