95 F150 shocks

Its time for new shocks and im not too sure what I need. The truck is lifted 4" and it has ranchero rs5000's on it and they are too rusted to read anything. Everyone says rancheros are junk and i dont even know what size or travel length i need. Anyone have any suggestions?

They are Rancho not Ranchero.
Bilstein 5100s are a good all around shock. Check them out here pg. 10. It lists the part numbers you need for the 4" lift.

Are you sure? Do they say "Ranchero" on the shock? Never heard of a Ranchero shock.

I think he's joking...

But, I would second the Bilsteins, they are some of my favorite shocks, and I've tried a few (except rancho and ranchero).
