There are several sites you can check such as cars.com, AutoTrader, Ebay, etc.

The cars.com site allows you to narrow the search geographically, by color, body style, 2WD vs. 4WD, etc. I've found it to be superior to some of the other sites in this regard.

x2 on the cars.com site. It worked out ok for me while I was looking for a beater car to use back and forth to work.

Even if one could find a gently used ecoboost truck, it would likely cost more than it's worth and nearly as much as a new one. Even with fuel prices as high as they are, trucks and SUV's are holding incredible value.

Since the EB trucks have only been out for about a year, the low supply of used ones will keep the price up. You might want to see if you can find a leftover 2011.

Edit: As a quick check, I just checked Autotrader for used EB's in my area, there was only one. It was equipped about the same as mine and they're asking almost $5000 more than I paid new, and it has 9000 miles on it.

After thinking it over, a new one will probably be cheaper than a used one. When fuel prices are at their highest this summer there will be some better prices on trucks and suv's, but the market is usually a few months behind reality on prices. And with the supply of EB's low, I wouldn't expect any great deals on them until they've been on the market 2 or 3 years.
