FICM wiring

Heres a tough one: took out FICM and sent it off to be repaired, got it back and proceeded to put it back in, heres where the problems start. The largest plug (closest to front of truck) fell apart and now I have no clue where each wire goes. I can get a new plug but need a diagram that shows where the wires go. Worst part is this plug comes off the main engine harness. About $1000 for a new harness. Any help???

almost

Thats a great write up but it assumes the old plug still has the wires in the proper order. my old plug fell apart and there are just loose wires. the plug is numbered but the wires are not.

a lot of those wires are the same color too. you would need to pin at each on to werr it goes on the engine. IMO you may be better off and safer with a new harness.

If you can get the part # off your old harness I think it can be had for quite a bit less than $1200. I'm assuming you got that price from your local dealership? I have an 04 harness here but I'm not sure that the wiring is at all the same color wise. You might send dchamberlain a PM to see if he has the wiring schematic w/colors for that connector. I'd like to have it also.
