Not sure with your set up but if I ever nail it to wot my icp jumps immediately to 3000-3200 psi.

Would love to do this to mine as I'm sure it would wake up my tunes quite a bit... past 50% throttle (MAYBE 75%), all it does is smoke and egt's go out the roof. On my 120r tune, I think I was seeing 1500psi at WOT. Might just hold out for the T1000 so that I can have the oil I need for larger sticks later on down the road.

Hooked up the AE on the ride into work today, with my old hpop I was seeing 1500 psi at wot in my 100 HP tune. with the T500 I'm holding a steady 2700psi in the same tune.
I would have to say that's a step in the right direction.

You should ask Brian if that tune is limited to 2700 PSI. That tune may have been written with your stock 15° pump in mind. The T500 is capable of more. In 80E my T500 puts out over 3200, but I am runnng less oil hungry hybdrids. My live tuning was done when I had an Adrenaline.

I'll have to give him a call, I didn't even think about that
Thanks for the heads up Robin.

It might be a dead end but there must me something to explain the 500 PSI difference between our HPO pressures. And if it's not tuning Brian might have an idea.

T-500

With these high pressures has any one had any problems with the lines blowing off the fittings?

I haven't YET. It all depends upon the condition of the lines and fittings. But the lines can burst or fittings can fail at stock pressures.

T-500 Lines

It just seemed like having the lines "snap" into place was a little light duty for me.

I guess they have worked for many others so I should not be so sceptical

Hopefully Greg (Shake-N-Bake) will post about his conversion to JIC fittings to replace the STC fittings. He had an hydraulic shop make up new hoses with JIC fittings and they also supplied the fittings for the HPOP outlets and the head inlets.

I too was wondering if Robin had done any side by testing or what his take was on the two. But he is running a T500 now so that says alot.
