A number of things could cause your wimpy power problem. Right now it sorta sounds like a fuel delivery/fuel trim problem. Do you have a CEL lit???? If so, most autoparts stores will scan the computer for trouble codes at no cost, then post all the code Numbers, as they can provide good trouble shooting clues.

check and see if you have a fouled spark plug on cylinder no6 and/or bad plug wire
for that cylinder.

OK, good feedback on the P0306 trouble code. A misfire under load is usually a spark problem, so the spark plug, plug wire & their connections belong on your suspect list.

Closely inspect for improper/excessive plug gap, cracked, chipped, dirty internal or exrernal plug insulator, damaged plug wire conductor/improper resistance, contacts, loose contact on both ends, damaged insulation, or improper routing, use the factory route & all of the wire looms.
If no joy, maybe raise the hood after dark & look for arcs & sparks along #6 plug wire all the way to to the spark plug. If nothing, with the engine at warm idle, try a "wet down" test, all along #6 plug wire & plug boot with a spray bottle of water & look for arcs & sparks, or a rough idle.

Still Lots of unknowns, so you could have more than one problem, was the problem there before the new parts???

Windex will normally show a "spark leak" better/quicker than plain water.

Had a misfire on my 4.0 and since I had just put in new plugs and wires less then 500 miles before started looking at injectors etc. In the end I took the plugs out and tested each one and found a bad plug. Yes bad at 500 miles. replaced it and the miss went away.

mine acted similarly. my cat was plugged. would only run after I removed both ox sensors to relieve the exhaust pressure.
