Blurry94 has a very good reputation on FTE.

Image Resizing

If you post an image in a thread, it will be automatically resized too 400px by 600px. However, this option can be altered; go to UserCP, Edit Options and then scroll down to The Image Resizer under Thread Display Options. From there you can put in any custom size or enter a zero in both boxes to disable resizing all together.
