Welcome to FTE!!!
Thinking the same...with going with gear change. Speaking of gears...airborne...what gears you running?
Another thought...is go with 5-Star Tuning. They are an FTE sponsor...and know the V10 3v personally.
Got a V10 Ford F250/350/450/550?
Good luck with it...

Ok thanks I thought people was averaging 12-15 with my setup ... Not sure what gears are in it due to me buying the truck as I described ... Does anyone have a 5 in exhaust on there v10 is so did it improve mpg any ? Also what about cold air intake will that improve my mpg
The 5 Star tuner may help a little bit, but othe than that the only thing you could really do to improve your mileage is put the truck back to stock height and put stock tires on it.

Another thing, was the truck ever reprogrammed for the larger tires?
The 37s are roughly 12% larger than stock. If the truck wasn't reprogrammed, your speedometer is reading 12% lower than your actual speed and the odometer is racking up 12% fewer miles than you are actually traveling, which also means you are actually getting about 12% more MPG than what you are figuring.
