1999 f-550?

Yes and no.
Chassis/cab frames are not the same as pickup frames. The chassis/cab frames are narrower in the rear. Some creative fabrication will allow you to fit a pickup box frame, but it isn't a bolt on operation.
That being said, is the Centurion conversion made for a pickup frame or a chassis/cab frame.

The 550 has a straight frame instead of the arch. Also, You would need to make a 8 foot 6 inch bed for it to work. There are a couple companies that sell modified bed boxes that are a bolt in affair and give the 550 the same look as a 350 DRW except like stated it has a 8 1/2 foot bed on it.
edit: meant to say 8 1/2 not 9 1/2.
Some people have also used 350 DRW beds an modified the mounts than filled the gap at the cab with a headache rack
