Well Folks..... the CPS was at fault... THANKS TO ALL THAT ASSISTED. I am here for the duration... stay tuned for the response from the dealer on their recall work...

 

OK.. CPS that i removed was black in color. NOT GREY. called the dealer that did the recall and asked .. they pulled my records and when i asked when the CPS was replaced, they told me it was "checked".. I then called the Ford dealer in another town and they informed me that all recalls had the GREY installed . Black was not a color CPS that was to be installed for recall. Does anyone have any info that would dispute this??? Dont want to go to my dealer and get told different, but if they never changed it, maybe they should cough up a recall one. any thoughts??
