I'll let others chime in, but I still suggest the NP205.

Here are some comments from other sites:
Divorced Dana 24s and divorced NP205's share the same 4-stud mounting pattern and will swap with each other easily. However, the speedometer cable is a screw-on on the Dana 24's and bolt-on on Ford NP205's.

the mounting is very similar. In fact I'm using 205 mounts right now with my Dana24. I did have to drill new holes in the crossmember though for the 24. The 205 mounts are slightly farther apart than the 24 mounts. I'm pretty sure the front driveshaft is 2" longer with a 205 than a 24. I bought a junkyard shaft out of a truck with a 205 and it was 2" too long when I put in the 24. The rear shaft worked fine though. Later, Brett
