Just a big hammer and a punch (I use a Grade 8 bolt about the same size) should do the trick. Remove the nuts or bolts and knock the pins out. They can be a real pain.... Watch your fingers and hands. Good luck.

like he said ...... it isn't too hard either unless the rust has "welded" it all together . if you are going to take the frame mounts off then cut a deep x in the rivet head , chisel the head off , get a decent punch of the right size and start swinging . those suckers were put there to stay so they can be a pain in the **** !!!! the reason why i mention the frame mounts is : if your pulling leaves to lower it in the rear you can also move the front perch for the rear springs up till it's even with the top of the frame and get what i think another 1 1/2 to 2 inches . i put reversed eye mains in the front , removed every other leaf and got almost 3 1/2 inches lower and pulled every other leaf in the rear and moved the front perches , extended rear hangers from mid fifties and got about the same from that , 3 1/2 inches maybe 4 . prolly be a little more once the truck goes back together and the driveline is in due to the weight and it all settling in . don't get too nuts in the front and watch the tire sizes as if you lose all your scrub line or the amount of space under the front axle you could have issues with flat tires and speed bumps !!!!!!!!!!
