If you are lookin for mileage I would say new injectors would certainly help if you got tired ones... but you could also try to...
1) clean your fuel bowl... do the rebuild etc.
2) If she is jacked up at all...get rid of the lift and large tires.
3) Run Diesel Kleen ALLL THE TIMEEE! Grey or White bottle dependin on time of the year.
4) Get a chip and have some good tunes put in er.
5) Get bellowed turbo up-pipes to ensure you dont have exhaust leaks at the 'donut' gasket... or ever will have leaks there again.
6) Keep yer foot out of it and only drive highway miles at 65 cruising behind a semi..

DO IT NOW!
lol no but seriously other than #2 and #6.. all of those should help your mpgs a little bit.
well #6 kind of applies (dont drive like a maniac).

Are you actually throwing 19 gallons of fuel back in when you fill up?

If you do not plan to upgrade the turbo and fuel system, there's no point going larger than Stage-1. There are hp gains to be had even with Stage-1's and adding larger turbo, fuel system, intercooler, etc.
If you're keeping everything else stock, just add a Super Duty HPOP and good tunes and that's about all the truck can really take.
