Glowshift gauge pod question (gauges installed)

Anyone use the glowshift gauge pod with Autometer gauges? I'm finally getting my 3rd gauge and the price is right on this pod, but I don't want something that fits like crap. Thanks guys

Todd hit up my facebook page in the truck album... ive got pics of my a-pillar i got from glowshift. Fits great! It even took well to the paint job to match my dash/interior.
I tried to post pics from photobucket, but work blocks that site. Good thing this one isnt blocked!

Hey Todd, I just put in that pod with the Glow Shift gauges, the fit is nice, no complaints about it. Here's a couple of shots of it:

Thanks guys. I've already got the autometer gauges, but the autometer pods are 60+ and the glow shift pods are 32 shipped. Just trying to save a few bucks.

I've got two Glowshift 4 gauge pods, one in each truck. I'm not sure if I'll ever get one again. I like the 4 gauge pod, but they don't fit all that great IMO. The Autometer 3 gauge pod I had wasn't the greatest fitting piece I've had, but the Glowshift pods are a little worse. The one thing I do like about the glowshift pods are the screws w/ the covers instead of push pins.

Heck the one in my F-150 had 2 of the gauge cups that measured out greater than the 2 1/16" they were supposed to be, so the gauges didn't fit tight. I had to actually put some epoxy around the edges, let it harden and sand it til the gauges fit snug in the holes. They will fit and they are cheap. They don't fit the BEST, but they work...

So it doesn't sound like either one is the greatest fit. I'll just go with the cheaper one and work on it if need be.

Had one in both my trucks. Not any real complaints but for the price its hard to pass up on. I'm going to look into a 4 gauge one as I need a fuel psi gauge.

Since we're talking glowshift, I purchased a set of three. My EGT guage works up until it hit's 6-800 degree's. Once it hits that number the needle will bounce and max out, or go down to 0 or swing all over the place. However once I get below 600 it works just fine.

Any suggestions? Glowshift said they would trouble shoot it with me and replace if necessary, but I've been at work.

And right outside the Ford dealer no less. Is that in Corpus by chance?

No, Jacob, it's in El Paso. That's the dealer that didn't stock a Turbo pedestal o-ring set, but could get me one in 7 days for 114$. Luckily there's an international dealership on the other side of town, they stocked them and only cost 8 bucks a set.

For you guys with gray interiors, what did you use to paint your gauge pod? Krylon rattle can?
