Question to senix

How many miles do you have on your truck? Has the truck treated you well?

I am a little over 63K and just over 1600 hours. It is quite reliable for me.

My useage is long runs or heavy loaded and towing.

Very little city driving.

I beleive that has to do alot with my success.

Heavy on the maintance...I pop the hood weekly and when driving cross country I will pop the hood at every fuel stop.

Follow the severe maintance schedule.

So what are you looking at?

I own a 2008 king ranch it has 26000 miles on it with 760hrs. You seem like you know quit a bit about these trucks and you seem to be a fan of them despite the problems that they have. Radiator and hoses the occasional hpfp. Have you had any problems? I am out of my 3 and 36 since aprox. March of last year. Have you tuned and deleted and what is the combination of tuner and delete.

Upper radiator hose and the high press turbo and the recalls for pcm and venturi T, had the idler pully replace due to squeaking. About it I think for the motor.

I would advise an extended warranty and full coverage insurance (comprehensive) to protect yourself.

6.4 is becoming quite desirable in the aftermarket area because it is easily modified to make big hp. Very tuner friendly.

Watch your fuel sources and don't let it run dry and it should be fine.

I am still running the DPF and EGR. I run the 6-gun (banks) whick is a DPF on tuner.
