I'm finally considering selling my old 94 dakota with 186k and goin out to buy an 05 F150 FX4 Supercrew. Power windows, sunroof, rear window, cloth seats, 2 tone paint, chrome running boards. It has 78k on it, and a clean Carfax. Wonderin what you guys think a fair price is, and if any of you could possibly run an Oasis for me, i would really appreciate it.

DB91, for a fair price, I would go to KBB, Edmunds.com, or NADA.com and look up for your zip code. You'll need the VIN and a Ford dealer to get an OASIS report most probably.

 

OASIS reports aren't available on FTE anymore. You'll have to have a Ford dealership run the VIN for you to get an OASIS report.

The price is going to be different depending on where you live and the supply and depend for the truck you want.

The 05 has some issues you just need to be aware of and check them out first. I believe the injectors were a problem on the 05's, the cam phasers where still an issue as well, and the plugs are never fun to deal with. These are all things that can be fixed but you just want to see what has been done and what hasn't before you buy.
