your welcome.it feels nice having a nice rigid dash again.and i didn't even go for a ride yet lol! it's them small things that bug ya,and unfortunately,also the things we let bug us for far too long before fixing lol.

ahh.though i didn't take her for a ride yet,i was shaking the dash gently by hand to reveal an important sixth final step.added in.

I fixed the one on my F-Superduty when I had the entire dash out. I epoxied the broken tab back on, and embedded metal reinforcements into the epoxy.
I need to do the L-bracket fix on my F-250...

oh im a step ahead of ya.
after that i replaced my cruise control servo and have a working horn and cruise again!

now im in sipping more coffee and thinking about installing a banks turbo for my diesel.
just thinking about that though.i'll wait until shes back from the body shop and perhaps a bit warmer weather for that one.

Ah, yes. I was thinking of taking the door panels that are loose off and re-tightening them.

sounds like you might need some new clips.maybe lmc has 'em? that or grab a bunch at a salvage yard.

I used the repair kit. It basically does the same thing as the pictures that were posted.

I know this is an oldie but goldie thread, where did you get the repair kit?

i don't see how it's worth it's money since you can make a bracket out of about anything you've got laying around but;
