Now what White smoke

I have been fighting this thing for 2 months now and am about to give up. I head a blown head gasket. Not problem, I replaced that. Here is my new problem. I get tons of white smoke from mainly just the engine. Meaning that when the hood is up you see smoke coming from the block. It runs perfectly other than that. I am starting to hear a poping noise. Like maybe a misfire, but that could be because the exhaust isn't all the way hooked up?

The white smoke is coming out of place like under the injector caps. Could it be because there was water in the system and I replaced the head gaskets and it is burning all the rest of the water out?

Looks like there might be some seaping around the intake manifold. Would that cause my problems?

I'd say the smoke is coming from the exhaust that isnt hooked up.

If that is what's happening, the only paths for the smoke are backwards through the injector pintle, up from the injector bore along the outside of the injector, or perhaps coming through the return line from another source in your system.

It almost sounds like you've got a bad o-ring or your injector cap is cracked. If so, diesel fuel could drip onto the heated motor and cause the smoke. It could also be pooling a little bit, which would account for the seeping.

Otherwise, you got me...
