Alright guys I think I've figured out what the problem actually is. It does appear to be engine oil. It appears to be leaking from around the dipstick area, and trickling down to where it drips from.

Not sure why this happened. I know the dipstick was removed to install the EGR delete kit, but I thought the dip stick was installed again correctly.

Again I dont know this for certain, but that is my hunch after closely checking into it after work today.

Should I pop that dip stick off and try again? How do you know if it goes back on correctly? If it isnt?

Sure looks like oil to me from the pictures.
You removed dipstick completely? All that was needed was removing the hold down bolt.
