transmission lines flushing with transmision out

having my transmission built currently and need to blow out the lines to have them ready when I get it back. Main question is how to flush out the lines that go in and out of the radiator. Is there just small openings in the radiator or is it just a big area and or a compartment with fluid there? Should I just treat these lines like I would the cooler behind the radiator? Plan is to just spray some brake cleaner in the lines and blow out with compressed air, plan on doing the lines from the tranny, radiator lines and cooler all seperatly, Will that work?

The cooler in the radiator is just a steel tube. You can treat it like the other cooler.
