Question 66 F100 4x4 headers wanted

I'm looking for headers for my truck, it is a 66 F100 4x4 with 352 with 390 heads and 4 speed manual transmission. I have read other posts but I have not found anything that specifically identifies a header that fits the 66 F100 4x4. I emailed Hedman and this was their reply

"Unfortunately we do not offer a hedder for your application. We do offer a hedder for your model year and engine size but only for the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks."

Hedman Performance Group>>

Forification sells them for $525 + $200 for ceramic coating plus shipping. I am looking for any alternatives, and advice.

In one of the builds I did on my 66 I put headers on and after dealing with leaks, swapping out exhaust gaskets and trying different bolts the were "supposed" to never come loose, I torched them off went with cast iron stock manifolds and dual exhaust. Never a problem since, just my 2 cents worth.

The '66 F100 4x4 is the same basic chassis as the '67 & newer trucks. I've never tried it but I think if you can find a header for '67 thru '76 it would work.

What type of suspension does the 66 4wd F100s have?? Is it still a straight axle or is it a coil setup. I can't remember when they changed that up.

Turquoise 1964 F250 4x4 (Barney)-352 V8, 4 speed, flatbed, and AM radio.

1959 F100 (pile of parts)- still a work in progress.

Yes, it's a straight axle, and yes it has coils. Same design as F100/150 up to 79, and early Broncos.
