1958 F450 dump truck

hey . whats up everyone. I have the opportunity to buy a 58 f450 with a dump bed on it and I believe the 292 in it . Im having trouble finding info about these trucks online . can't even find pics of them on google just pulls up newish dump trucks. whats the deal with them ? are there not many of them out there ? are they referred to somthing other than F450 and that's why my searches arent bringing up anything? cant find more than 3-4 posts on here about similar trucks . where would I find parts for it as well , specifically passenger door . thanks

No record that I have seen lists an F-450 during these years. You might post the info from the data tag to clear it up. Stu

F-600 based on the wheels and wheelbase. A VIN would solve it. Stu

The passenger door should be the same as an F100.

I think they went from F350 to F500 to F600. Can't make out tire size but my 350 has six lug wheels, 17.5". F500 and F600 had larger. VIN number should be on tag inside of glove box door if same as '59. If not on top of chassis near front passenger wheel.

These are 20” widow makers having the 6 x 8.75” pattern, not the F-350 dual wheels that would be 16” locking side ring style, 6 x 7.25”. Plus an F-350 would never have a 12’ bed. It’s an F-600. Stu

Pretty sure neighbor's f500 has 12' bed. I think 20" wheels but not sure. I know bigger than mine.

Here is s picture of neighbor's F-500. Can't see tire size but much larger than my 17.5's.

Yikes, I looked at these images on my computer rather than my tiny phone screen. Easy to see the wheels are F600. I am surprised the F500 had 5 lug wheels. I wonder why they did that? I was surprised mine are six lugs, being used to seeing eight on everything 3/4 ton and up later on.
