Also I noticed when it with the map sensor not unhooked and the right side rear window down the turbo spooling be quiet this was while I was in it.

Maybe I jumped the gun but seems little better but still doesn't seem right.

What color is the MAP. Gray or black.

Its gray, I also took a stab at the cylinder contribution test and this is what I got:

PO269 cly 3 fault
PO272 cly 4 fault
PO275 cly 5 fault
PO278 cly 6 fault
PO281 cly 7 falut
PO284 cyl 8 fault
did another buzz test and it passed

well I did some searching, and I found that FORDPRIDE kind of had the same problem I am having and it turned out to be his cps sensor....I just replced mine in Nov with a international gray one. I wonder if my cps is faulty?

Starting to thing that the MAP sensor isnt my problem drove around for a bout a half hr today with it unplugged/plugged on all 6 chip settings and seen no real big diffrence..

Just a little update no difference after the new cps.....I'm lost could this be the IDM? Anyone?
