Just ran the Diagnostic tool on my 2006 F350 need help with a code P0678

I know, weird huh?. Mine tripped a #6 code, changed it out and no more code. The pcm must measure the draw on each plug?, or the ficm?.i dont know.

How hard are they to replace? Time? I know the part is fairly cheap.
