Ugly Betty gets a 4bt

Finall gtot my diesel swap done, She runs great except for the rather large gap between 3rd and 4rth. I rebuilt the trans and transfer case as well. I also added Hummer tires, winch, and home made winch bumper. I guess she's done....for now.

I still love the '73-74 grill that my highboy had. I can tell your truck is not a '73-74 though, at least not the cab itself. '76?

No, your right it's a 79, I just like the older style better.

Yeah, but no one would give me what I thought it was worth. You know how it is, it's never really worth what YOU think it is because your the one who built it.

After two solid monthes of fabrication, and rebuilding the entire drivetrain, plus the fact that the body's in pretty good rust free condition, and the $3000.00 engine I was hoping to get around 10k. Don't laugh, I know, people are getting 10k for trucks with the 5.9 cummins in them. But I thought I might have an angle with it's fuel efficiency. Oh well, I like the truck, it's a good daily driver and it gets alot of looks.
