ATP Aluminum Diamond Plate Floor

I am about ready to order an enclosed trailer that will be used for all my hauling needs. Race car, general purpose, and maybe even RVing out of.
ATP aluminum diamond plate seems to be the most durable for its weight (steel would be the best, but too heavy).
What are the negatives to this type of flooring?

Your experiences and advice greatly appreciated.

2 X 10 rough hardwood plank works well. Heavier than aluminum and lighter than steel.

flooring

we had the diamondplate flooring in our last race car trailer. we raced a sprint car on clay. It was very , very hard to clean. you really couldnt sweep it out, too many diamonds in the way. had to let the clay dry and then we would blow it out with air.our current trailer now has checkerred linoleum over a 1" plywood floor. very easy to clean, but havent had it long enough to see how its going to hold up to the moisture.

Also, as an alternative, what do you think about the rubber coin flooring?

I have the rubber coin flooring in my shop. A little hard to sweep up light dirt but power washes easily and is very durable. Handles oil and grease great.
