It does look good. I'm just used to the 33s on my truck so 8 more inches of lift would throw me off.

I just sat here and read this sucker from page one. Sweet ride. Makes me wish I was mechanically inclined.....the cost for me to do all that outsourced....damn.

ATM I'm in the process of buying a truck.....down to 2 options atm a 91 with a 302 and a 96 with a 4.9. Both auto standard cab and 8ft beds. I'm going to get a 2.5 lift and leveling kit on whatever I finally choose for some reason I only like a truck where the front and back are the exact same height.

Cant wait to see this with bumpers.

ehhhh Im trying to de-chrome it. Most vehicles these days have little chrome if not any, or maybe I just prefer the look.

Yea bumpers will clean up the look for sure, well at least the front! Glad you enjoyed the read too. Im not mechanically inclined at all.. When you went through this thread you missed out on all the cussing/swearing/broken/ thrown parts. I went through 3 brand new radiators in the course of a week because of stupidity. I failed to mention that

Goodluck on your choice (I would go with the 96 though )

Dynamat on the doors!

And would like to intoduce a new (to me) ride, my 05 F150! (no more minivan!!!)

that and the wheels, while a decent style, are too large. but nice truck.

you'll find something else eventually for the grille I guess.
