Hi guys, I'm Shane and am in SoCal. I'm looking for a dana 60 front axle out of a 78-79 F250/350. If you have one or know of one for sale, please contact me at 909-733-3532. Thanks.
Hello Mark. It really depends. I have a few guys that are letting me know that they have one for sale. Of course they are in different locations. Of course, the closer someone is to Cali., the cheaper the delivery charge. Right now, it looks like the cheapest one that I have offered to me, total, is $1,250. That's probably the one that I will have to go with. It also depends on what needs to be done to it and what has already been replaced: bearings, seals..... What do you have, where are you located and what are you asking for it? Thanks, Shane
I'm in Pa so with the shipping that would kill the deal. You could just go buy a whole truck for that matter. There is one on ebay right now #280850350381 that guy is will to take what he can get for the whole truck. I've messaged him about it and the last time he ran it through there the guy never payed for it so he's running it again. There would be plenty of parts to sell off to offset the cost & he's in Ca.

well I'm selling a pair of 60s from a 78 F250 supercab. I'm asking $1500 for the pair including springs and steering parts.
I'm hoping he takes the whole truck for a few hundred more.
they are 3.54 ratio, notmany miles on them. but the truck is rotted bad.
i can get $1200 for 78/79 dana 60s if complete. could probably get more from the jeep guys but I hate seeing them go there.
I could probably sell 6 or 7 every year if I could find anymore.
they are very heavy and shipping is going to kill you from out of state.
