Where do you find that? Following the link from above, I can't find any compatibility table, or any year / model selector.

Check the link; on the eBay page there is a table of applicable vehicles for the key in question. The very first entry in the table is a 2011 F-150...

At least, that's what my computer browser shows. If you are using a mobile device or eBay app, it may not be showing.

Hmmm, doesn't work for me. I see a "See compatible vehicles" link near the top, but clicking on it does nothing. This is on my computer, tried using two different browsers also.

I checked via my phone and the table doesn't show, so I'm not sure why the eBay auction shows up one way for some but not for others.

If it makes a difference, I'm using a Mac/Safari...

Here is a screen shot showing the table; notice the first entry:

Check out the automotive department at Walmart. My local store carries programmable keys at the register.

I asked at WM and was told they carry no transponder keys.

I bought a new transponder key and remote for my Ford at Replacement Chip Keys & Key Fobs | ekeyfobs.com . They have all kinds of chip keys and key fobs with free shipping and free programming instructions.

If you have 2 keys you can program it yourself very easily. If not you can find a locksmith who will do it a lot cheaper than the dealership would ($20-$40).

Also, FYI, 80 bit keys are 100% backwards compatible with 40 bit keys. In other words, a key with SA, or HA on it will work in place of a key with "S" on it.
