I am the owner of a 1994 F-250 4x4 7.5L, whose purpose in life is to haul horses to shows and dirbikes to the mountains.
recently the truck just quit running....shuddered, died and wouldn't start. Towed home, sat for a month and finally I googled the exact behavior of the truck before it quit.
The results brought me here to ford-trucks.com and I was able to get some excellent information that pointed my problem to the MAP sensor.
$50 for a new MAP sensor and 2 mins of labor and the truck has not run this well since we bought it in 2008. You guys saved my A$$. Thanks!!! I am now a member and will be hanging around for sure.
Yes welcome WAFTE is usually quiet but don't be afraid to start some ruckus, and i'm glad the sites knowledgeable members were able to point you in the correct direction.
