Hello! Just got back from a disappointing shopping trip, 06 F-350 6.0, was a work truck come to find out lots of scratches and dents

Gonna go look at an 09 F350 6.8 tomorrow though. Need more towing than my 5.4 F150 that I have now.

Been really enjoying the forum so far, great source of info!

Welcome to the Michigan Chapter! You must have high speed internet in that camper! My question is, where is the beer in this thing?

I stay at Timberlake, north of the entrance. I have a seasonal site there, complete with Tiki Bar.

We typically go camping 2/3 weekends a month in the summer, no permanent site for us, going to Frankenmuth in April, Chicago in June, Muskegan in Aug, and local stuff in between like Addison oaks and such ( thus Always_Campin ).

As for a review of the new ride... Way better than my F150 5.4 that I was driving although I haven't towed with it yet but I can tell I'm gonna really enjoy the torque of the V10.

SDELwood, always have beer at the site no matter where it is and always bring extra for friends!

I go to Silver Lake more in September October. South Higgins and Algonac several times during the summer. Other than that its random where we go.
