I've actually been avoiding you guys............I decided that I'm going to sell my truck this spring/summer. I need something nicer with 4wd. One thing I wont be buying is a Michigan rust bucket.
Money trumps all, so I'm open to a Dodge too. Ive been searching CL for a while and I'm amazed at what '08 super duties are bringing. I'm not exactly keen on 6.0 leakers. Especially considering what Cummins are going for.

 

Whats happening Torr, the hood, Dusty and eager to Travel..

That sucks about the truck, you have had so many plans for it. 6.0 leaker, hmm, something I have not heard of, I can only say this to the Cummins, Great Motor, but they come in a lousy shell. This is based on reading, not my experience. My only problem with the Dodge I had is I ate 4 transmissions. I have already gone through 2 on this truck (never to happen again).

the 6.0 has it's issues. But if properly assembled (not like mine was the first time) they become a very powerful engine, reliable. Since the last go round on my 6.0 it has not had one trip to the shop for anything. Tuner has been set on 80% since I put it back together a year and a half ago.

Just make sure the Dodge you buy has the heated tailgate option. And don't forget, the cheap usually comes out expensive.

 

So an '06 or '07 would be reliable Rich? I really like the '08 up interiors.
