Heat/AC not blowing through vents

Neither my Heat/AC is blowing through the vents. I checked all fuses-even under the hood. All fuses are good. Noise coming from passenger side sounds like a compressor.
Any help would be good thanks.

Any air going only to the defrost?

No air at all. No AC or Heat

Make sure you didn't suck a plastic grocery sack or similar into the intake, reach up under the glovebox, and up, to check. I would say it is either blocker or the blower motor is not turning correctly.
