I currently have 17" rims with a MT tire. I am looking for a second set of wheels that I can keep an AT tire on. I found some 2011 and 2012 20" wheels and Michelins with <2k miles for 1500.00. Sounds like they will work...
I think you've been given bad info. The two answers note 170mm or 180mm. I could not swap my aftermarket wheels from my 06 to my 08 when I traded.
99 to current all have 8 on 170 mm bolt pattern for F250/350 pickups. Vans had 8 on 6.5 in bolt pattern. As for your wheels not fitting, I'd venture a guess of the wheel diameter not clearing the brakes, versus bolt pattern being off. I've put 2010 KR wheels on my 00, they're spaced way in and look goofy, but bolted up.
All of the Super Duty SRW pickups have the same bolt pattern. 2005+ trucks have a different offset AND have 17 inch minimum wheel diameter to clear the larger brakes.
Don't ask me what the offset is, I always get them mixed up.
I bought a 2002 SD F250 4x4 and it has on the truck steel 18in rims from I'm guessing a 2005 F250 SD. My question is when I turn steering wheel all the way too left or right, the inside of the tire rubs slighly on the front leaf springs, does anyone know what size wheels spacers I would need to prevent tire rub? I had the previous owner give me the original 16 inch aluminum wheels when I purchased truck but I like the look of the 18inch rims? I hope this makes sense to a wheel expert out there?
