transmission problems f150 1999

we rebuilt the transmission when i bought it. my fathers a licensed mechanic and has done lots of trannys put all new clutch packs in and did a complete overhaul its a 4wr70.

new problem. pulled out of a approach in reverse then bang all the tires locked up and lost reverse and 3 i got 2nd gear in nuetral and reverse and park bogs down on the engine its a 5.4.

anyone can shed some light on this please???????
