What are the benefits of chapter membership? So far I've found this:

You need to be an active Chapter Member on FTE to post a wanted, for sale or for trade item(s). No Exceptions.

 

Getting to know those around you that share a common interest and/or passion.

 

Someone local you can sweet talk into helping you with a repair or mod - priceless!

 

Getting to know funny dudes.

 

Seems to me that if we have to explain it, the point is already lost.

 

Benefit? An overly stuffed email inbox,that at times can seem insurmountable and overwhelming......

 

Only one way to find out if any of this is hogwash or true...

A la American Express, membership has its privileges. I noticed the so/no cal pismo meet up thread. Are there regular chapter get togethers?

 

Regular get togethers? with this group everything is more or less irregular!
