Can you identify the manufacturer of your current headlights? A picture would help. Mine came with plug & play adapters to convert the stock 9007 bulb to a H3 lowbeam & 9005 highbeam setup.

These look identical to mine. Unplug the light blue connector and you're back to stock 9007 headlight wiring. As for the LEDs & Halos, I only a quick look and can't find a quick & easy way to undo them as they are wired differently than I did mine. Examine the box they're connected to, it might yield some clues

Are you getting 12v at the low beam pin on the stock headlight connector with the low beams on? If not, you either have a break in the wiring between the dimmer switch and headlight connector or the switch crapped out like mine did.
Grab your multimeter and start testing for continuity/voltage, working forward from the fuse box as follows:
Inside fuse box to main light switch
main light switch to dimmer/multifunction switch
Dimmer/MF switch to stock 9007 headlight connectors
If they all show under 1 ohm, you have a funky switch. Test them per the FSM. My money is on the dimmer/MF switch giving out, my original one was pretty nasty inside upon replacement. So I dissected it, got pictures (see my album/pics) and put the results in for all to see.
