Coils, leaf springs?

Hi, i feel like my truck sits a little to low from the front, the springs look rusted and old, so the question is will me getting new coil springs for the front lift it up a bit?, and i will also be getting new leafs for the back. I have a 89 F250 2wd

The springs look old because they are. They could be sagging a little. Do the tops of your tires lean in? Have you had it aligned recently?

New coils might make it ride a little higher but changing the ride height can cause alignment problems if not corrected. Also be aware that Ford designed these trucks to have a noticeable rake from the factory.
