lots of smoke and no go!

hello everybody.
i have a 1998 e-350 with a 7.3 and auto trans.the engine starts and idles. but kinda rough. try to rev the engine up and tons of blue smoke and the engine wont rev up. its like its being held back, and smells like raw fuel. ran a cyl balance test on it and came up with a code for cyl 4 not contributing. i replaced the injector and no change except for the cyl balance test comes up good now. i have no codes in memory or hard codes. any info would be great. thanks

No biggy man. Possibly try and jump the gpr for a bout 40 seconds or so across the big posts. Then try and start and see if it helps. Have you changed the fuel filter and age of the oil?

not sure the age of the oil. but going to change it tomorrow. fuel filter is new. had to replace drain on housing a few weeks ago. will the glow plugs do anything for it. i can let the engine get to full temp, and still does the same thing. acts like its loading up with fuel.

ok. i tried the ecm, and didnt change. changed the oil. prob had 20,000 miles on it, great service plan this place has huh!!! any way, i changed the oil, probally too late though. i would imagine some of the injectors are stuck open. is there anything i can put in the oil that will clean out the injectors? or is there anything else any one can think of that might help?
thanks.
