How y'all doin' S. Car.? Trying to visit EACH state here with a favor request. Have a buddy who collects license plates. He's now trying to help his neighbor (autistic/special needs boy) get a collection of his own. ANY & ALL plates are welcome. List at the bottom is just what's still missing.
