Road Master Active suspension
I got to install another RAS kit today, first one I've played with in years and I'm still impressed.
We were working on a friend of mines 2007 F250 Superduty with a 6" Pro-Comp lift. The truck had the overload spring on top of the pack, which had to be removed. This was the only reason for unbolting the spring pack. Basically, we unbolted the u-bolts, unbolted the center pin, removed the OL spring, and flipped the spacer. I flipped the spacer to the side with the smaller hole making tightening the nut much easier.
With the ubolts reassembled, or as a truck without overloads on top, we hooked the one end over the spring Eye and ran the capture bolt around the spring block. Tighten the spring and it's done.
I've installed a few in years past and the only pain was unbolting the ubolts, which you don't have to do anymore.
I couldn't take pictures, their website has lots of videos and info. http://activesuspension.com
